The winning Shots in the Competition "picture Astronomy" in 2013

The British newspaper "Daily Telegraph" published a report on the pictures, and scenes winner, in the competition of the most beautiful pictures in the world of astronomy to the world of 2013.

Thousands of photographers from all over the world had participated in the international competition, which displays the world's leading astronomical phenomena, including solar eclipse, meteor bursts.

The footage to the Milky Way taked by the professional Australian photographer "Mark G" won first prize in the competition,  , above the skyline of Balysir city in New Zealand, which is more than 26 thousand light-years from Earth, which appears like a pile of dust and stars on the sky.

And won the "G" award of up to one thousand and 500 pounds, from the magnificent image, which he described as: "one of the greatest images that combine footage space with the sea."

The Awards competition was divided into seven categories, namely: the category of "Earth and Space", which was won by "G," and the category of "deep space," and the category of "people and place," and the category of "young photographer," and the category of "Astronomy", and other images and great shots.

The group of those wonderful image,will be presented in the "Royal Observatory" on astronomy center in the city, "GMT" English.

The doctor "Marek Kokkola" a member of the jury in the competition said : "The Photos for the Australian  photographer "Mark Gee" was for me , the greatest images that combine sea and sky in the history of watching the pictures astronomy; They make you feel the extent of the greatness of this universe and the youngster at the same time!!".
